The New England Electrical Works spools should have 1/2 a pound of wire wrapped on each spool. This has not been verified. The size 16 spool appears to have had some wire clipped. In the wires' used conditions. The labels of each spool show wear and tear with stains. Some of the wire from the size 16 appears to have been used. The sticker holding the factory wrapping on size 36 appears to be coming off. The factory wrapping on the size 38 wire has some wear. Please. Take a look at the photos provided.
