Set of 4 Vintage Alpaca Llama Stuffed Figures Handwoven Handmade Blankets (C)
This is a rare set of 4 vintage Alpaca or Llamas. Made of real hair. The ears are made of thin leather with hair. They are individually handmade. They have hand woven blankets on their backs and string around the necks. The feet are metal wire so it is possible they were made with a metal form and covered with the llama or alpaca hair. The largest one is 14" tall. Two are 8 1/2" tall. And the one laying down is 6" tall. I am not sure of the age but they are possibly mid century. They are in good condition but may have minor wear that I did not see. They display beautifully as a group. Payment by PayPal is due immediately when the listing ends. Chief and warrior Alchesay later in his life living in Arizona with the Hualapai tribe and possibly some family members. These photographs and others in my store last originated in southern New Hampshire and attributed to NH businessmen including E.B. Morris and Eugene Delano traveling throughout the west. In very good condition attached to a hard backing measuring approximately 16 1/2 inches. Photos measure approximately 3 3/4 x 4 3/4 inches for reference. Up for auction is a long retired Grand Champions collectible model horse set known as“Twin Clydesdale Colts” Grand Champions model horses were produced from the late‘80s through the mid-to-late‘90s and were the model horses I collected as a small child. These models do show some signs of play wear including(but not necessarily limited to) rubs. Scuffing through the paint, minor paint loss on various places of their bodies, small stray black& white marks on various places of their bodies, etc. Both colts have a brushable mane and tail which are in very good condition considering their age. These models also come with the blankets pictured on their bodies along with ... moretheir original information card. These two colts could only be acquired through a mail-in promotion so they are quite difficult to come by! I have included the mail-in information card with these models as well. Some dust has managed to settle into the small crevices on the model’s bodies but it is not a significant amount. I realize I may have made these models sound way worse than they actually look in person but I want to make sure you know what you are getting. Regardless of the above-mentioned flaws they are still cute models that would add character to any collection! I have tried very hard to describe these models to the best of my ability but I apologize in advance if I missed any other small flaws. I definitely described the most notable ones.
