You are bidding on a RARE MATCHED PAIR of 3.5 point HUDSON BAY BLANKETS. Goldenrod in color with the stripe and with original satin bindings. This auction includes 2 blankets and they are in excellent condition. The satin binding is a rare find and is in excellent condition, however, there is one hole in one of the bindings as seen in the pictures. There is NO UNRAVELING on any of the satin bindings. There is a very small hole in one of the blankets(see picture) With regard to the hole, you can fix that, but I will leave it up to you. These are immaculate. These were in my Mother's closet for years and were basically unused. They are a matched pair as indicated and the size of each is 61" in width and 82" long. 3 Vintage 100% Wool Harmony House Blankets 2Blue + 1 Red 86"x70" 84"x67" 70"x54"
The red blanket measures 54" x 70. It has some"faded" areas on both sides but in the same place. It looks to me that the blanket was poorly washed and dried; and some detergent remained in one area. I might be wrong. There are several moth holes. The satin trim is in OK condition; it can still last for a while. The blanket is odor free. There is no tag on the blanket and I not sure about the brand. But I tested it and it is 100% wool. I found the information online. The other two blanket have tags"Harmony House. The blue blanket measures 86" x 70. This blanket is in very good vintage condition. It does have a couple of moth holes. But nothing major. This lot of vintage late 1940s or early 1950s offers some very nice dollhouse bed coverings- for both"adult" and for"baby" beds. The"adult" pieces include: Three flannel blankets by Grandmother Stover. All never been washed and in very good vintage condition: o One made of white outing flannel with pink polka dots. With pink grosgrain binding(about 5.5" x"7) shown in Grandmother Stover 1950 catalog(item#200) o One made of white outing flannel with blue and pink floral print. With blue satin binding(about 5.5" x 7" another GS item#200. o One made of white outing flannel with blue edges. Very soft! 5 3/4" x 6.5" Pink satin quilt with pink satin binding. 5" x 7" A little fraying ... morearound edges. And a little backing wear on backside of one corner. Commercial. 3 vintage WOOL Mexican SALTILLO SERAPE blankets 95 x 67, 72 x 35 Amer. USA flag
This auction is for three Mexican Saltillo wool& cotton serape blankets/ rugs/ throws. The largest is about 95" by 67" Medium is about 72" by 35" This one has the Mexican and USA/ American flags incorporated into the arrow design in the center. There is a small hole in the shaft of the"arrow" just before the fletching. Smallest is about 21" by 9 1/2" All measurements do not include the fringe. They are in very good vintage condition- I see no holes(other than the one in the flag blanket) or stains. But there may be some small pulls. Payment is expected within 5 days of auction end. These hand-woven Mexican blankets are great decorative cultural items from the 1940's or 1950's. They were given to me by my Father after my Grandfather passed. They were decorative items in his den on his ranch in Southeastern New Mexico. They are in wonderful condition for the age of them and the colors are bright and vibrant. They both measure 20" x 10" I really do not want to part with them. But we are moving and I need to lighten the load.

Lot of 2 Vintage WWII Army green military wool blankets--
Up for auction are these 2 vintag e WWII Army green wool blanket. These blankets were stored in a box in a n old basement and had a musty odor. I soaked and laundered the blankets in cold water detergent and baking soda and hung it outside for a couple of days and they smell much better. Stitching along 2 sides looks good-no breaks. Both blankets do have moth trackings. O ne of the blankets has a few moth holes you can see; the other one has 5 pin point holes that you can only see when blanket is held up to the light. Pic#2 shows what's left of someone's name that was printed on the blankets. Approximate measurements are 80 x 60 and 80 x 58. Clean and ready to use for your next camping adventure.
