The shaft has punched through the volume knob(see pic) It was like that when I bought it& doesnt affect operation. The clean blend& mid boost make it very versatile& bass friendly. And that’s the way I like it. The pedal has knobs for volume, gain, and tone, like a normal fuzz, but it has two features that make it a bit different. The pedal has a knob for a clean blend. So you can blend between your clean tone, and the fuzz. This makes it perfect for use with bass guitar, or you can experiment with having an overdrive pedal on before the fuzz, and having a half overdriven/half ... morefuzzed out guitar sound. Endless possibilities. The pedal also has a knob so you can boost your mids. The knob boosts your signal around 1000Hz. So you can get back some of your signal that is typically lost when using a fuzz pedal. You can use your fuzz, and still cut through a band mix. A cool feature is that if you roll back the volume knob on your guitar, the pedal cleans up a bit, but the mid boost remains, so you can get a parked wah type of effect. There is a piece of wire across the back, for hanging, attached to the edges with metal loops. There are no identifying names or words anywhere( checked back of picture) except for the name G Blakemore, which is in the lower right front corner. It says" by G. Blakemore" This is from an Iowa estate. There are a few over 250 soldiers in this photo, with the 23 officers lined up in the middle. There is a piece of glass over the photo. Some of the soldiers are standing on a porch with pillars, at some type of brick building. Some are standing in front of the porch. And some are sitting or kneeling in the front of those standing. There is an Army truck parked at the left. One man ... moreon the left, is holding a small flag on a pole. This handsome pair of hunting dogs cast in solid brass rest on a marble base. The base measures 10" x 4.5" And is 7/8" tall, and has felt on the bottom for furniture protection. The dogs stand 4" tall from the top of the base, so the overall height is almost 5" tall. They were cast by the firm of Thomas Blakemore in England in 1981, and are in pristine condition. Up for grabs is a RARE piece of political memorabilia. It is a blue ceramic elephant with"G.O.P. on one side. And"Hickenlooper" on the other. It represents the 29th governor of Iowa, Bourke Blakemore Hickenlooper, who lived from 1896 to 1971. He served in World War I, before going to the University of Iowa where he obtained his law degree.then went on to be the lieutenant governor and eventually governor of Iowa. My grandmother(who lived in Iowa for some time) is now in assisted living and sadly has no room for many of her collectibles anymore. So she's asked me to sell them. The pedal has knobs for volume, gain, and tone, like a normal fuzz, but it has two features that make it a bit different. The pedal has a knob for a clean blend. So you can blend between your clean tone, and the fuzz. This makes it perfect for use with bass guitar, or you can experiment with having an overdrive pedal on before the fuzz, and having a half overdriven/half fuzzed out guitar sound. The brown one is in very good condition and is about 3 3/4 inches long. The whitecoach dog has a small scuff mark on it. Its about 3 inches and is in good used condition.
