Fly Fishers International—formerly the International Federation of Fly Fishers (IFFF)—has announced a name change as part of an organization-wide rebranding effort. The rebranding includes a new logo, website and supporting promotional materials.
Conservation, education, and community are the stated mission pillars of FFI, as it seeks to preserve and promote the art of fly casting and fly tying. Since 1964, the nonprofit group has advocated for conservation and educational programs that grow awareness and participation in the sport of fly fishing.
Located in
Livingston, MT the organization also sponsors the Fly Fishing Learning Center and distributes Fly Fisher Magazine. The learning center offers great opportunities for
beginning fly fishers to learn and develop their skills.
With a completely new logo and an updated, modern website, FFI is looking to attract members from a younger demographic, and to help anglers everywhere enjoy the one-of-a-kind experiences the sport is known for. The organization is hoping to grow awareness and recognition within the fly fishing community and to expand its already-existing international presence even further.
