The table is for leakage of sea water in the afterbody with the muzzle door open at periscope depth. Also refers to torpedoes. There is wear to the box and one hinge is broken. Great looking Steampunk U.S. Gauge with face that reads 30 lbs vacuum and 15 lbs pressure gauge. Face measures 5" across and mounting flange is 5 3/4" Face is also marked with USG in a hero/Maltese cross. Great looking piece for a Steampunk project. Glass and face plate are in great condition. The two screws that hold the face on are easily loosened if you want to clean the face and glass or leave as is with great patina. Housing is painted black and has some rust but could also be easily painted.

Great medical device from a 1930's doctor's office. This is a vacuum gauge on original stand with test tube of sorts in holder to left. The deck is marked CM Sorensen Co Inc MFRS. There are two holes on back which served a purpose when this was complete. The deck shows some pitting to nickel finish, some loss of sheen/discoloration. The Gauge face is in very good condition, marked CM Sorensen Co Inc, New York, NY. Vacuum reading goes up to 30. Stands approx 5 1/2" to tallest spot. This being the top of tube bottle, collar shows interior threads by the way. Piece is approx 7" long and 3 3/4" Please ask all questions prior to bidding. Which is still in the Gauge; the lights work-the battery is probably low-when we were taking the photos, we would turn on the switch and all of the lights would quickly light up and go the top displaying the Red Light. The Gauge is heavy plastic with a stand and the battery fits into the back. The front of the Gauge is colored; print on the Gauge reads: SUPCO VG-60 VACUUM GAUGE MICRONS with numbers 50 up to 5000 with Red. Green and Yellow LED Indicator Lights. There is an"on off" switch and a Red LED Indicator Light. The bottom metal pieces are tight and clean. A label on the lower back reads: IMPORTANT! FOR OPTIMUM PERFORMANCE.
