Honeywell ST3000 Smart Pressure Transmitter 100e
This auction is for quantity one of a Honeywell series 100e version of the ST 3000 smart pressure transmitter. There are two of these units available. It is a"Gauge" measurement that means that is measures the pressure relative to ambient air pressure. This transmitter tag reads:ST3000 S100eModel: STG170-A1G-00000-CC.F1.MB.S1.F1D3-2138. Factory Cal: 0-2500 PSI Customer ID: PT-100B or PT-200B. Temperature Limits Body: 40 to 125 Deg C. Honeywell spec sheet will tell you what each number and letter in the model means. The customer ID was stamped on the tag when the unit was ordered from the factory. Honeywell claims Stability = ±0.01% per year Reliability = 470 years MTBF I do not recall ever having one of these fail that had not been severely abused. This unit has been in my field calibration kit for a decade. I do not believe ... morethat it has ever been installed in a fixed installation. It still has the red plastic conduit plug that came from the factory. The output is configured for a 4 to 20 mA output signal. It can also put out Honeywell's"Digitally Enhanced DE" signal which is also used to configure the device. They claim a 100:1 turn down ratio. I powered the transmitter and verified the zero reading was accurate to about within a percent. Please note that the zero can be reset with the Honeywell configuration setup SCT101; one of which is currently available on eBay. A slight pressure was applied to verify that it was functioning. I did not do any calibration on it since this device is so much more accurate than anything else I have. It is basically a 12 bit analog signal with a resolution of around 4000 counts.
