The mini motor is a Faulhaber 3557K024CR with a HEDS 5504-A06 encoder on it. This stage also has an adjustable stop/positioning sensor set-up mounted on the back. But I do not see a maker name nor model number on it. It would be easy enough to remove if you cannot use it.
