The R, which has itch-switch 2 position travel adjust and rebound damping and the RL(this one) that adds a lockout function for climbing. The itch switch allows 130mm or 100mm of travel with the 100mm position being firmer to suit climbing. It has a custom length of 7.625" and a stroke of 2.0" You would be hard pressed to find a better example of this custom Specialized Enduro shock. I have owned this one from new. It came on my 2003 S-Works Enduro frame. It has been rarely used since 2006 but always checked and serviced. The air sleeve was serviced and tested ... morelast week before placing this ad. The DU bushings were also replaced at that time. It works like it did when it was new. I have never had any problems with it. If yours is tired or needs a service you should consider that this alone would cost the price I am asking for this shock. I can't use it so it must go.
