We used it to cool a 2300 square foot showroom with two full walls of 8-foot tall windows. The only reason we replaced this unit is because we put on a new roof. And decided to freshen up the A/C unit at the same time. This is a complete unit. With evaporator/condenser/blower/compressor that runs on three-phase power. You won’t need to purchase a separate evaporator and air handler. Like the heat pumps require. This one has all that in one unit. Just plug it in to your ducting and go. The main case is ok. But the ducting portion of ours got a bit bent up on removal, it could be straightened or more likely you would hook up to your own ducting.
