This is a Winston 9 foot. 10 weight, 4 1/8oz fly rod. It has the rubber fighting knob. In excellent condition. All eyelets and great cosmetic condition. The cork was wrapped in nylon string. I just unwrapped it for this listing. The cork is probably due for some love, but its totally usable. Serials match on both pieces. This is a custom rod. It is a beautiful piece that doesn't get the attention she deserves. I've spent the last week trying to get the color right in the photos. Either the whole photo would be too dark or the the exposure would be correct but rod will look like its black, the actual color is a deep forest green. Comes with the nylon case. Cortland 9ft 8/9 wt 2pc Rod and Reel Combo
Up for sale is my Cortland Steelhead Rod and Reel Combination. The rod is a 9 foot 8/9 weight 2 piece manufactured by Cortland. The reel is also manufactured by Cortland. It is a CLX IV Cassette Reel. It is easily adjusted from left to right hand retrieve by following the instructions in the owners manual which is included. The reels drag is very smooth and adjusts from very light to truck stopping strong. The reel comes loaded with backing and an 8 weight floating fly line. The fly line is weight forward for easy casting of big flies and is in very good condition. The rod has some good mojo going for it as you can see by the pictures of some of the fish it has landed. It accounted for helping me land all five species of pacific salmon including king. Chum, pink, red and silvers while fishing in Alaska. It also accounted for a 7 pound brown ... morefrom a Lake Ontario tributary. Also included is the rod tube which protected my rod on my various excursions. It is a Cabelas double rod tube which will fit two rods up to nine feet in length. Both the rod and reel are in very good condition. Need some extra money so sadly it is time to part ways. I hope it finds its way to a good home where it will continue to make memories for somebody else.

Vintage 9ft Daiwa Ultra Power 6027 spinning rod
Here we have a 9 ft Daiwa rod up for auction which belonged to my grandfather. It probably dates to the early 1980's and has few signs of use since it even still has its original sticker stuck to the handle. The cork handle is unstained and the guides are all still shiny and bright. The rod has only a model number listed on it and no lure weight or line requirements. This rod looks like it would be a great surf rod or medium boat rod. It comes with a sock-I am not sure if it is original.
