What is included is the original box and the treated paper to reduce rust on this type of metal. I am the original owner. And I'm a collector, so these'cuffs mostly sat around and looked cool. There is a bit of rust on the pivot hinge where the single band is joined with the double band. This can be easily dusted off. The single band swings freely and easily. Hello. I have a used Police duty belt that is in pretty good shape. The belt is a size 36 but can be adjusted several different sizes. I bought the belt in 2003 from Looper's Leather in Oklahoma City. I used it for approx 5 years so it does have some wear with some scuffs. It's been sitting in my closet for a while and I figured it is time to sell it. It comes with a level 1 retention holster for a 40 caliber glock model 22. I believe a model 17 will also fit this but I am not for sure. It also comes with a double magazine pouch, an asp baton holder, a small size OC spray can holder, a flashlight ring, a clip on place for a radio, an under belt, and 4 belt keepers.
