This is a Micro Mini frame. It has been glass beaded and powder coated. It is a UFO frame, it has the square down tubes and chain stays. The top tube is round and the seat stays are round. It is in near perfect shape, it does have a scratch on the tube just above the right hand brake post. Not sure if it is a scratch or it was handled with the paint wet and moved the paint. This oven has inner dimensions of 6ft x 4ft x 4ft(for outer dimensions add 6 inches to each measurement) It uses two 2600 watt elements and runs on 240 volts through a dedicated line or even a generator(as shown) with a fan for air circulation. This is a used Deimco powder coating booth that is fully functional. This is a first class paint booth. The front opening measures 48" x 48" The paint hopper includes a fluidizing bed. The booth has three filter cartridges with a powerful blower that keeps the powder in the booth. As powder accumulates on the cartridges. Automatic controls sense the buildup and pulse the system to knock the powder off the cartridges and back into the hopper to be sprayed again. The booth is setup for 230V-3 phase power. Both of them have locking clips broken.but never affected the performance of the used one. I upgraded to the Eastwood one since I have a compressor. A UL rated 2 tier portable IR curing system( for larger jobs) and a 72"x 56"x 86" spray booth with filters and roof mounted UL wired ventilation pump. I also have 2 spray gun units and an array of hangers and assorted colored powders. I will sell the complete turn key business or part it out individually. The oven you are bidding on is considered"used" but has only been used a handful of times. it was built in jigs and fully welded together. The oven features 3-3/4 inch thick walls. Top and bottoms, and 2-1/2 inch thick doors. They are made completely of galvanized materials and are insulated with fiberglass insulations rated up to 800 degrees. The door seal consists of fiberglass tad pole seal. The door has welded ... morehinges and 2 quick release latches. The unit is mounted on 4 swivel castors which allows for easy maneuverability. The oven has a digital pid temperature controller that is wired into a contact relay. The heaters run off 220v single phase current and the controller and contact block use 120v to operate. All parts are UL listed and approved and all wiring is ran on the outside of the unit and heaters are wired individually As with all equipment used for heating applications.
