Peavey AlphaBass All Tube 160w Bass Head Amp
This is a beautiful sounding amp. Using six 6L6 tubes(replaced 4 years ago, but not much use since) I had planned to use it gigging a good deal but I haven't been playing live and its a bit too big for practice work. Everything works; it has a 9 channel switchable eq. It can make that awesome lightly overdriven tube sound you can't get anywhere else but an all tube amp. The amp is rack mountable. But I made it a custom cabinet a few years back. It can be removed easily, but is really nicely made and very very strong. Please feel free to ask me any questions about the amp. The amp is very heavy; 55lbs. So local pick-up would be nice. I will ship at buyers expense also.

One of the great bargains in vintage single-ended tube amps. The Airline model 62-9012 A, in excellent cosmetic and working condition. Sounds great. Point-to-point handwired with an uncluttered circuit. This Airline was built for Montgomery Ward by the original Danelectro Co. which made lots of killer amps. This one has the basically same excellent circuit as the Silvertone 1481& 1471. Which Danelctro made for Sears. Two inputs. Volume and tone controls, and you supply the rest. But personally I prefer this Airline, to the F$#3r Champ. Plus it costs much less than an ol’ Champ, too. Hard to go wrong here. Idles quietly for an ol’ single-ended amp. All original. Transformers, speaker etc. The original speaker is fine. Just inefficient like most of the old speakers are. Swapping in a more efficient one will make it noticeably louder. But that’s up to the next owner. As with any vintage amp, the buyer might want a go over& add a grounded three prong power cord. I never felt any need to do the former, because it sounds& runs great! The tube lineup is all stellar old stock RCA 6V6 power tube. RCA 6X4 rectifier, and sweet Westinghouse 12AX7 with D-getter. All tubes are strong& sound great! Probably puts out about 5 tube watts. Low powered enough to provide wonderful bluesy overdrive without giving the neighbors a legit reason to call the police. Cosmetic condition is nice. As the photos show. Please look'em over carefully, but here's a quick rundown. Tolex is in nice shape, with a few nicks& some discolorations that might clean up(I never tried) Original handle is in place,

60's Airline 9001B Tube Guitar Amp Amplifier
No reserve on this fine sounding early 60’s tube guitar amp. The code on the volume pot dates it to 1963. It uses a Sylvannia 50C5. RCA 12AU6, and a RCA 35W4. All these test new on my tester and were put in the amp recently. I will include an extra 12AU6 and 35W4 tube with the deal because I have plenty of them. I put in a new Fender C8R 8 inch ceramic speaker in this a few years ago and it’s a good match for this amp. This is low volume, figure about a watt output, breaks up nicely at low volume, and won’t drive the neighbors to call the cops. I’ve used it as a practice amp for years. Here we have a stunning Time capsule type find A SUPER CLEAN 1965 Danelectro DM25 tube guitar amplifier. All original except for the footswitch which was lost in the mid 1980's. any two button switch should work fine and all functions operate fine without the switch. This is a piggy back style amp(head and cabinet) The head can be stored in the back bottom of the cabinet for easy transport. There are 2 channels. Channel one has volume. Treble and bass controls, The second channel has Volume, treble, bass, reverb, vibrato strength and vibrato speed controls. All function super quite The reverb is rich and spacey and the vibrato(really a tremolo sound) is classic 60's surf. You can even get a Leslie rotating speaker type of effect by turning the vibrato speed all the way up. The amp is a one owner piece which has been lovingly boxed ... morein storage since the mid 80's The chrome face plate looks incredible along with the original graphics. These normally have bad pitting and a rash of rust making this clean beauty even more rare. Tolex and grill cloth are also in incredibly well preserved condition thanks to the proper storage from the previous loving owner Most importantly The amp sounds incredible Addition. In regards to the front panel shots It is a white box reflecting in the pictures seen in the first front panel shots not a crease or discoloration. I will be adding additional photos. This is blue vinyl and shot more of a grey color for some reason. If you wanted a general cleaning would have this looking marvelous as nothing has been done to the amp as of yet. Hi. I am selling a Laney full stack from the 80's era. I bought this from the original owner, he had enough music equipment and guitars to open a music store. Everything he had was in excellent condition and well taken care of. This Laney full stack sat un played in his house for years. The only thing i found wrong, was one of the el34 power tubes was burned out, i replaced all four power tubes recently with Electro Harmonix EL34s. The head and both cabinets sound great, this stack is pretty insane and can get very loud. You could play this in a stadium if you wanted. The head and cabinets were quality constructed in England. Rated power output is 100 watts. Uses 4 12ax7 preamp tubes and 4 EL34 power amp tubes. This amp works as good as new, all of the tubes are running great. It also has a feature where different knobs pull out to get ... morea boost in the sound quality, all of the pots work well. 1961 Harmony H306A Valco All Tube Guitar Amp Great DIY Project No Reserve
Here’s one for all you DIY amp builders… this is a vintage Harmony H306A guitar amp. Built for Harmony by Valco in 1961. This model is a favorite among players, lots of players compare it to the Fender Tweed Deluxe, although there is little actual resemblance in the two circuits… lots of nice reviews can be found for this amp. This model is also preferred by many over similar sized Valco and Supro model amps. We took it on trade from a good customer of ours who purchased it with the intentions of restoring or having it restored but after a couple of years of it just sitting in the his closet, decided he was never going to get around to it. It will make a nice DIY project for someone with the expertise or as a parts amp… lots of great vintage parts here. Plenty of pictures below and as you can see this amp is missing all tubes, the speaker, ... moreand the handle, came to us this way. This amp does need to be completely gone through, as obviously the gentleman that sold it to our customer had already started working on it. As can be seen in one of the pictures below showing the interior of the chassis, there are 9 new(yellow) Cornell Dubilier capacitors, the one blue capacitor you see is also a recent addition, and there very well might be other changes as well. We have not traced through the circuit and of course the amp has not been tested. The power and output transformers are not the original, mounting holes do not quite match up, and we have provided close-up pictures below showing the numbers on these transformers, which need to be researched as they may or may not be correct for this amp. Also for whatever reason, someone sprayed some red paint in the interior of the cabinet, as you can see in the picture of the amp from the back this is really not that big a deal… if I were restoring this one, I would mask it off and brush or spray the interior of the cabinet flat black or grey, just to give it a nice clean look. Vintage 10 watt 12" all-tube guitar amp. Hot sound; fully refurbished.
This JiveBomber amp was handcrafted from a salvaged high-end tape deck amplifier. And a superb Magnavox 12" AlNiCo full-range musical instrument loudspeaker. The amplifier itself was fully refurbished, and vintage N.O.S. tubes were selected for it. The cabinet was built of 3/4" cabinet-grade plywood. The entire package weighs just 30 pounds. There are two RCA 12AT7s in the preamp and phase inverter stages; and a pair of Sylvania(marked General Electric) 12AB5 pentodes in the power stage for a full and loud 10 watts. The tubes are common. And the 12AB5s are fairly inexpensive to replace. All the critical high-voltage capacitors and resistors were replaced with modern film and carbon pieces. It would be fair to say that the sound output is hair-raising. In a good way. It's a great blues amp. And performs well for all-out rock-and-roll. ... moreClean sounds can be obtained by rolling your guitar volume down a bit, but if you're searching for big clean headroom, look elsewhere. This little amp is blistering. The output is 8 ohms only; there's no way to change the output impedance without also changing the output transformer. The amp has a standard 1/4" jack on the front for your guitar. And another on the back for speaker output. The internal Magnavox AlNiCo speaker connects through the jack on the rear. Ten watts may not sound like a lot of power. But it's loud enough to hurt your ears, and provides enough volume for a small club, if you don't have an outrageously loud drummer. One channel is for harp playing and the both are for guitar playing! There are 2 input jacks. One is'high gain' the other is'low gain' just like Fenders of the past. It also has a line out for you to plug the amp into the P.A system if it is a large gig with a full band and a headphone jack for those late night jamming alone sessions. Up for auction is a Crate Vintage Club 30 combo amp model VC3112 with a single 12” Crate E12 8 ohm speaker. In excellent like new condition. The black Tolex is spotless with no tears or scratches, the speaker cloth has no tears or pulls, all the electronics and reverb work perfectly. Made in the USA and recently serviced and modified by Chrome Dome Audio(Sharonville, Ohio) in January of 2013(invoice pictured in ad and will be sent along with the amp) Numerous solder joints were reflowed, the input jack signal path was corrected and 4 new JJ EL84 power tubes were installed in place of the stock EL84s. With these JJs you can get a nasty over driven sound without having to crank it up very much. RESTORED 1938 UNKNOWN OAHU OR KAY? VINTAGE TUBE AMP LOW WATT GUITAR HARP BEAUTY
You are bidding on a completely restored 1938 vintage tube amplifier combo. Plug and play ready! Not sure who made it. But it looks very similar to the Oahu lap steel amps from this time. Could also be Kay or Regal. If you know who manufactured, please let me know. This amp is in the 3-5 watt range. All out of spec parts replaced and 3 prong power cord added for safety. Only top quality parts used-Carbon comp resistors, Mojo Dijon and TAD caps. 8" Rola field coil speaker. I shored up the speaker surround with contact cement. There was also 3 small puncture holes that I fixed with gasket sealer. Amp sounds incredible with very nice natural tube overdrive when cranked. The bar that goes across the back was missing, so I made one. The all vintage tube lineup is 6C8G(Sylvania) 6N7(Sylvania) 6L6(Tung-Sol) and 5Y3G(Sylvania) All test good ... moreon my Hickok 6000A. I ha d this amp pre viously listed and after some really great informa nts with awesome info I found out that most likely all this amp needs is its fuse and fuse cap/holder. I took it down assuming I would have no problem locating th ese things. As the fuse(a 1amp slo blo) is very easy to locate I still had issues figuring out what ap propriate fuse cap/holder I needed and I ha d trouble fin ding o ne. So. With thi s info. I have the same awesome li ttle Gibson amp ava ilable again. I belie ve the fuse and holder is all you'll need to get it up and running but I a m not absol utely sure. So. I t is still an AS IS s ale. Up for auction I have the Gibson Skylark guitar combo amp. It lo oks very 60's to me with the tweed like front and brown case. The 12 inch speaker has a Police Shield style speaker opening. This 5 tube amp is in great condition with typical wear from age. The speaker and cord are original. This Oahu is not just for lap steel but can handle up to 3 Instruments and a Microphone. 6V6 Push-Pull Output ~ 12-14 Watts RMS. I replaced 5 power capacitors for long lasting value. All other resistors and capacitors looked to be in good shape and are original. The new capacitors are hidden under the chassis. I left the old caps so it looks original on the outside. The 6V6's look identical on the outside but I don't know if they are a matched pair. There is some very minor hum. Which is typical for this vintage of amp. It sounds good with no distortion and plenty of power. I cleaned the controls and they are quiet with some very minor scratching noises when turned. I replaced the missing side rubber piece next to the fuse holder with a piece of leather. It has new reproduction chicken head knobs that are the same as the old ones. The cabinet is good, 8/10. There is a 1 inch long cigarette burn on top. The handle is in fair shape but there is some minor pitting of the Chrome. The lighted Tonemaster label is cracked but is complete and not noticeable. VINTAGE NATIONAL GLENWOOD 99 RESOGLAS MAP GUITAR VAL-PRO VALCO fender TUBE AMP
I believe this is a 1964 Glenwood 99. The guitar is in good condition with all original parts. The neck is straight. But frets are dressed low, and back of neck refinished. The finish surface shows wear, and on some of the edges worn through. There are some finish cracks where the body halves meet and on the back. This guitar has a third pickup in the bridge and a Bigsby tremolo. The case is in fair condition and is original to the guitar. Strings are rusted, but will include a new set.

I have improved this one by replacing the Chinese tubes with matched pair of miltary ruggerdised long life Russian tubes and checking all other internal components. Bogen CHB-35 A tube amp
Nice old Bogen chb-35 all tube amp. I played my guitar through both channels, I did not hook up a record player to it, so I don't know if that works, but no reason to believe it wouldn't. I do not think that the tubes are original but am pretty sure the rest is original. The amp is noisey so of course the capacitors need to be replaced, and anything else that would affect the noise. Here is a amp head Tube Work by BK butler a division of Genz Benz. has 2 channels drive and clean and both channels can be mixed at the same time to achive the sound you are looking for,tag say dec 12 1997 and I have never had 1 problem with this amp, I use a 2x12 george lynch genz benz cab with it and it rocks, I just bought the same amp but in a 2x12 combo so this just sits, handle is perfect, all corner guards there but a few minor scratches, no tears or rips in tolex, the front plate has the letter P in the middle from a white paint marker but with a little TLC could be removed just never seen the reason to do it, you cant see it very well, has all 4 rubber legs, all tubes org and work great,I just checked ebay and there are no combos of this series or any heads, they are getting harder to find, 2 guitar shops have offered me 225.00$ ... morefor it, I only ship USA, pots have no static at all, comes with power cord but no foot switch, also has reverb.thanx for looking.

I have to let this go since I have make room for some other equipment. I have been a musician for over 30 years and have had several Marshall Amps. I know good tone when I hear it and this Valve-Hybrid has decent tone without being super-fizzy. The OEM Goldback Speaker is made by Celestion. It’s not my favorite choice of speaker. It’s okay but contingent on what sound you’re after. The amp sounds great with a Vintage 30, Greenback or Private Jack. It is in close to“like new” condition No tears or damage. All functions work correctly. It has always been covered when not in use. Board is clean has been checked for any loose soldered connections, no noisy pots or jacks.
