The power supplies now have a low speed fan jumper. Without this jumper the fan is very loud and can be very disturbing in indoor environments. There is a jumper wire terminated with a spade connector. Plug this into one of the empty NEGATIVE blades(The first 3 blades are negative) and this will lower the fan speed. In hot environments over 80+ degrees it's advised you let the fan run at full speed to ensure the power supply is properly cooled. This is done by unplugging the jumper.
