Paint wear, cosmetically would rate them a 7 out of 10. Never personally used the units although they look built to last aside of the cosmetic wear described. Have taken many photos to help with some of your visual questions. the bubble see through section also looks yellowish, would assume this was more clear to see the desiccant color change, not that it would affect the units function, but mentioning as shown on photos. INSTALLATION Install dryer ... moreso that air flow is in the direction“IN-OUT” as indicated on the head of the unit. A prefilter combination is an absolute necessity ahead of the dryer. The first stage(our F3 style Particulate Filter) will remove heavy liquid water and solid particulates down to 40 microns. The second stage(our F5 Coalescer) will remove oil and water particles down to.03 microns. NOTE: Used desiccant material can be regenerated by spreading desiccant material in a thin layer in a shallow pan. Heating in a circulating furnace at 275 F until complete color transformation occurs, in approximately three hours. Caution should be used in heating the desiccant. DO NOT exceed 20 F per minute on heat up and 350 F on bake out. MAINTENANCE Care must be taken to change the dryer’s desiccant material or regenerate it whenever it appears completely pink in color. Following are the steps to be taken when recharging dryer: 1) Shut off air supply and bleed system. 2) Unscrew ring nut. Remove bowl assembly. 3) Remove used desiccant. 4) Check, and clean if necessary, the Exhaust Tube of dust particles by removing acorn nut, gasket seal and nut. 5) Before filling bowl with desiccant, remove Sight Retainer, O-ring

Tsunami Compressed Compressor Air Filter Dryer Chiller Suburban Manufacturing
The entire unit- top of the line Suburban Tsunami air chiller/cleaner/dehumidifier with moisture minder and drain valve. This will filter, cool and dry the compressed air fed into it. We used it in a top-notch paint booth. Cost over $4k new. This is the best and had to be- Sikkens are very careful who they give their lifetime car paint guarantee to. Plugs into a normal 120V outlet and can be turned on and off/air bypassed. Has had routine filter changes. The filters in it are good for at least a few more months. Comes with absolutely everything- ready to plug in the compressed air one side and exit out the top cooled, cleaned, and ready for all hyper-clean tasks. A truely excellent unit, the only reason for sale is a new compressor with this system built in. As you can see, it is still in place- that's only until it sells(the wall is ... morehandy storage) The filter has just been changed. We believe that a new unit would be twice the starting price. And since this is ready to go and has all the extras, it is well worth the asking price. It was used in a high-end restoration shop paint booth, so was well taken care of.

SPEEDAIRE 10 CFM REFRIGERATED DRYER AIR COMPRESSOR FILTER
Up for your consideration is a very nice. Very good working SpeedAire 10CFM refrigerated air dryer. It operates on 110 volt and has a power cord about six feet long. The inlet and outlet are 1/2" NPT and the automatic drain takes a 3/8" hose. It measures about 16" square. The dryer weighs 55 pounds. I can demonstrate that it does in fact work. It is available for pick up in Montrose Michigan, 48457. That is about an hour north of Detroit. If you want me to ship it, I will need some extra time to find a sturdy box to pack it up in.
