TESTING& COSMETIC NOTES: This is a UNKNOWN CONDITION item in GOOD cosmetic condition that IS NOT TESTED and is SOLD AS-IS/ NOT GUARANTEED We connected the stress test monitor to the treadmill and the monitor passed its self test. We ran a exercise test and got the treadmill to power on. HOWEVER THERE WAS A LOUD WINDING NOISE COMING NEAR THE MOTOR COMPARTMENT. This could have been because the belt is rubbing against something though we did not confirm this. We were able to get the treadmill to speed up. Slow down, incline, and decline. The handle on the treadmill is a little loose and will come off if it is pulled upward.
