Used Level 5 Extendable Box Handle This handle is just a year old. Not really sure why the brake doesn't work. But maybe someone who likes to tinker can figure it out. I simply don't have the time or desire to look at it. Everything else works great. It's muddy from being used but it all works other than the brake. this is a tapetech mud pump with a level 5 pump tube on it. Which is twice as thick as tapetechs as seen in pics. tapetechs is.060 and level 5 is.130 thick, has dings and wear marks from normal use, head has marks from being hit with a hammer, and tube has marks of being hit in upper part, but where plunger travels in tube it is not hit, it is below dings except one light ding in middle which does not effect operation of pump. has tapetech pump rebuild kit in it, filler is older tapetech type for their earlier pumps redrilled and works great, look at pics. this pump is ready to go, with heavy tube and rebuild kit should last many years. bolts in handle are all good. free shipping in lower U.S.
