Overall condition is good- it is dirty and looks well used. The pad may have a few small nicks and is also dirty. But no major problems. The piece of paper on it is obviously worn but I will leave it on anyhow. The bolts turn easily to replace the sanding paper. It is roughly 3-1/4" x 9-1/4" Most of our items are from estate sales so we do not know all the history/ usage of our listed items. Used Level 5 Extendable Box Handle This handle is just a year old. Not really sure why the brake doesn't work. But maybe someone who likes to tinker can figure it out. I simply don't have the time or desire to look at it. Everything else works great. It's muddy from being used but it all works other than the brake.
