ITEM: Rare Vtg or Antique Metal Keyhole/Sheetrock/Gypsum Board Saw. 9-1/2” DESCRIPTION: I am not sure of the age of this saw. But it looks very old and I have not seen another one with this design. It was found in the Irish Hills area of Michigan at an antiques market with lots of farm implements. I can't see any name or markings on it- it looks like there might be something between the blade and the handle, but I can't make anything out. Overall, it measures 9-1/2. The blade is about 4-3/4. The four-side, rounded handle design is very interesting with four graduated size holes on each of the four sides. CONDITION: This old saw is being sold AS-IS. AS FOUND. There is some surface rust, but the teeth on the saw are in good shape and straight and the tip is NOT broken off. I have not attempted to loosen the turning mechanism that tightens ... morethe blade to the handle. I don't know if it can be turned or not– for all I know it's been like this for 100 years. It may need something put on it to loosen it up first.but I am leaving that up to the buyer. I have for sale a set of Stride Light Magnesium Stilts. I got them for Christmas last year and haven't had time to use them much since I am in college. They are adjustable and one size fits most. They are great for outdoor fun as well as use for Sheet-rocking and painting ceilings and walls. One of the alligator straps is broken and I have a makeshift strap to go with it that works fine.
