The drywall sander was purchased new last year and used for one small house project. I thought I was going to flip houses at that time. Well I didn't and this has just been sitting so it's time for it to go. This has super light usage maybe 8-10 hours of use but probably less. This isn't like the work out ones guys in here are trying to sell. The sander works great and has been cleaned and stored inside my house. The drywall sander package being sold includes the Porter Cable Model 7800 sander with power cord; 13 foot long vacuum hose. Plus an unopened package containing a new Porter Cable Grit Hook and Loop Drywall Sander Pad and 5 sanding discs.
