Hilti TE-5 Corded Electric Rotary Hammer Drill - Has Issues, But Motor Works
Up for sale is a used Hilti TE 5 rotary hammer drill. The motor on this drill goes at full power when you pull the trigger. But the chuck does not spin. I didn't have any bits to test, so i'm not sure if it only spins with a bit, or if this is a real issue. If it is supposed to spin with no bit in, then it may need a new chuck or something.
