This is a working Hilti Rotary Hammer drill and battery 24v that holds a charge! I built a deck this summer and bought the drill for that. I bought it from another guy so I am not the original owner, however it worked great for concrete anchors! The battery is not new but has a lot of life left in it, it is 24v heavy duty, not the 18v stuff. If you want bits have I several for $5 ea and I have a conversion bit thing that turns the end into a standard hex socket so you can put a phillips or flat head bit or any other on the end, that is $28($40 at home depot) if you want the extras just email me and we can work it out.
