You are bidding on a beer faucet with a 5 inch shank. I will include the Michelob light handle. The washer is rusty. So you would want to replace that. Rust has discolored the base of the handle. Either that, or you could just screw on your own handle. There are marks and discoloration in spots. Look at pictures carefully. It does work but not in new condition.
