You are looking at a used. Working Somerset CDR-500 dough sheeter. I got this at a school auction where they were selling equipment they longer used. The adjustment lever works easily. There is dough residue every where on this machine. It will need to be cleaned before use. It plugs into regular 110 volt power. It uses 6.8 amps at 60 hertz. The size is approx. 23" X 23" X 16" tall. I took the following from the Somerset website. They are still in the dough sheeter business so manuals and parts would be accessible.
