This is an A-Dec model 1005 dental chair with foot controls and a chair mounted halogen operatory light. The light can be moved from side-to-side for right or left handed operators. The upholstery is green in color and in very good original condition. Normal wear for it's age. But no cuts, tears, or breaks that I can find. This is a used unit. It has been checked over and is fully functional. But is not refurbished. It is being sold in as-is condition. As you can see in the photos. Everything works. The chair moves in all directions and the chair mount light is fully functional. I have 3 chairs(1 green and 2 maroon) and have only taken one photo of the information label. The upholstery on the seat area of the chair is not damaged, it just looks that way in the photos. There was a utensil tray that had been sitting on the seat of the chair prior to the photos being taken. And it left the small dent marks in the seat. The dent marks went away after about 10 min when the leather had recovered to it's natural position. All the chair movements work smoothly and as they should.
