This dental light has mutliple settings: 10. 20, 30, or 40 seconds. The R button allows intensity to ramp from low to high over the first 10 seconds and then maintain at high for a final 10 seconds. The B button stands for boost and emits at max intensity for ten seconds. The Bleach button is similar to boost, but last 30 seconds. Press trigger once to activate light. An assistant dropped the light while trying to clean the unit and it had to be epoxied. It is not the prettiest light, but the fix job is very strong and is not noticeable when the light is sitting on a counter top.
