Here's a very nice looking AMP/Tyco crimper model 46222. For AMP taper pis and others 24 thru 22 ga. I have another one listed that is stamped 26 thru 22 ga. And NASA didn't think it was important enough to re-calibrate it so it should be good to go. It is tagged"limited usage" so they wouldn't use it on the space shuttle. Loot Lowdown Lisitng is for a TYCO/AMP 169481-1 crimp tool in great condition. It may be unused/new. But due to some very light scuffing on the handles, I'm listing this as"used" to be on the safe side. MADE IN GERMANY. Functionally. Just like a brand new tool. Comes with a magnetic, flip down locator. This is a really great crimp tool for many contacts including the popular Molex KK.100 contact. In fact. I prefer it to the official crimp tool for the KK series from Molex. Why? It's fast. Once you get the hang of this tool, you can really crank out KK contacts. the last picture is an actual KK contact I crimped with an AMP 169481-1) For KK contacts, I prefer to use it without the locator. This is a SAHT(Straight Action Hand Tool) Which means that the crimp dies close in a parallel or straight way, which produces superior crimps when compared to ratcheting crimpers that don't close in a straight fashion. Tested and works flawlessly. Mechanically. It's in perfect condition. Very smooth ratcheting action. Here is a used Tyco 169481-2 Crimp Tool. I am not too sure of its condition. But it crimps and the handles return fine. The ratchet mechanism has no problems. I'm selling"as is" because I can't really test it to see how well it crimps a lug to a wire. This crimper might work just fine!
