The paint spots missing on the handles are the results of taking it in and out of the case to show-to-sell. I carried this in my work van, so the case shows wear. This has 4 dies with it plus a number of crimp sleeves. Some of the sleeves are for copper wire and others for aluminum. This is a quality tool. Check the cost of the tool replacement as well as the dies. My listing price is a bargain, but I won't be using it any more.
