I am unsure of the manufacture but I can make out an Alcoa logo on what is left of the tag. I could only compare it to the pics of other units. It is very similar to a Husky as well. The serial number stamped in the bottom is KO645 354A. this as part of an auction lot and unsure of its use and function but it is overall in good shape.
