The paint spots missing on the handles are the results of taking it in and out of the case to show-to-sell. I carried this in my work van, so the case shows wear. This has 4 dies with it plus a number of crimp sleeves. Some of the sleeves are for copper wire and others for aluminum. This is a quality tool. It is older as you can tell from the bell shape and writing of the word telephone in the wood; not your typical modern logos like are found on modern equipment. Atlas Part Number 10108 Boring Tool Block with all 4 Adapter Sleeves. This Block mounts directly on the compound in place of the usual lantern post and provides a very rigid boring tool set up. Can also be use to hold internal threading tools. Hole in boring block is 1/2 Inch in diameter with no adapter sleeve in place. The adapter sleeves reduce the tool diameter so that boring or threading tools that have shanks with diameters of 3/16" 1/4" 5/16" and 3/8" can also be used.
