Copy count: 2,187,303(total) 1,444,608(color) 742,695(black) The machine has been under service contract with Xerox until this month. It works fine, but there are things you should know. Please read this carefully before you bid on this machine. This auction is being re-run because the previous winner said he bid"by mistake. History This machine was bought on eBay from a seller in Kentucky. The machine worked fine but the seller was moving up to a larger machine. Although the machine was moved and shipped by a professional shipping company. It arrived in Los Angeles damaged. Most of the damage was cosmetic, i.e. broken plastic, scratched plastic and dented sheet metal, but one PC ... moreboard in the finisher had to be replaced. All repairs were done by Xerox. Xerox put the machine under service contract and it remained so until this month. Although Xerox made the machine fully operational. They did not replace a small plastic(cosmetic) part on the right side of the main unit. It abuts the finisher so you can't see it. They also did not replace the scratched plastic front panel of the finisher or the dented sheet metal back cover of the finisher. The arm on which the display screen sits isn't broken, but appears to be at a slight angle. None of these things affect the performance of the machine. Remember Xerox put it under contract. The machine ran fine for several months until I asked for(and paid for) training from Xerox on the FreeFlow's advanced features. Following the technician's visit. The FreeFlow screen displayed a message that a new license was required and that it would stop working soon. The FreeFlow wasn't damaged, but a change of ownership, Xerox later told me, required a transfer of the FreeFlow software license, which required a fee of $3750.
