The unit has been under private ownership for the last few years and is in excellent shape. The only serious exterior cosmetic flaw is the crack on the lid of the door's handle. The side Coke labeling is frayed at the top/bottom but that is only visible upon in-depth inspection. The unit runs very smoothly.
