Item has been plugged in and sometimes it cools down really well. And sometimes it doesn't. The compressor sounds like it kicks on and off every 10 minutes or so. When it comes on, it pulls down in temperature very quickly. But it doesn't maintain that temperature because the compressor will kick off. Not sure what's wrong with it, but sold as-is.
