It is very dirty and greasy inside and out and has a bit of a smell. Seems like nothing some heavy cleaning couldn't clean up. The main other issue is that the refrigeration lines have been cut and it looks like the capacitor was removed from the motor(still sitting there) Some of the other wiring may have been messed with a little also.
