GigSkinz 88 Key Rolling Soft Case w/ 3 Large Outer Pockets, Velcro Ties Inside
GigSkinz used wheeled(rolling) 88 key synth or keyboard carrier; soft shell except wheeled bottom. Which is semi-hard in that it has plastic to protect the wheeled bottom. The other side of the bottom is stiff rubber or plastic with reinforcement only to the top of the wheeled area. This case can be carried 2 ways; like a briefcase or like a suitcase with wheels. If carried like a briefcase the bottom is semi-stiff rubber, with 6 square rubber"feet" to keep the rest of the bottom off the floor and to avoid damaging the case or instrument when laying on its long axis. The outer dimensions are 47" l x 6" w x 16.5" There are 3 raised pockets on one side of the case, and a zipper with a compartment for sheet music, etc that is flat on the other side. The side with the pockets also features a larger"hidden" zipper ... morecompartment. There are also 2 metal round"hooks" above the pockets on the front side that can be used to clip in a larger strap so you can carry the case over your shoulder, also a rubberized handles on what could be considered the 2 top sides of the case. Inside the case is a very soft, almost furry lining and 2 velcro straps 20" apart and a removable soft pad that is held in place by velcro strips on the bottom of the case. It's a great bag, and the only reason I'm selling it is because I don't need it any more; when I bought it it was being used to hold a Roland Fantom X. Shipping costs will be rather high because it is hard to compress the case, and it may get damaged somehow by being folded(though I received it folded vertically, and its fine) so the buyer has the option of letting me try to fold the case in half length-wise, or pay more for it to be mailed in a large UPS"guitar box" Either method you choose, the case will ship via UPS. These old hollow celluloid baby-related figures were probably once used for baby shower gifts(as package tie ons.maybe even corsages) or as baby shower cake toppers. There is a crawling baby dressed in vintage baby wear who is made of VERY thin plastic like those early celluloid Christmas reindeer. Each one has advertising for GILLIS AND COMPANY.RAILROAD TIES SINCE 1892. The white one has a poem about golf by Douglas Malloch. There is some minor wear on the edges and a faint water stain on the right hand side. But really in pretty good condition. The yellow one is a little smaller. There is a little wear around the edges and a couple of creases. Really this one is in pretty good condition as well. I have included several pics to show detail and condition. See pics for details. Antique Silk & Velvet Folk Art CRAZY QUILT from ties and clothing Double size
From an estate in Dallas Texas is a beautiful antique silk and velvet Folk Art Crazy Quilt. Found with this quilt was a note that stated that the Grandmother handmade this silk blanket from remmants of ties and clothing from the family. It would have been made in the early 1900's to the best of my guess. The top is all handstitched. The back has been machine sewn to the top except for one side which looks handstitched. Handtied with a yarn in places. There are a few(maybe 8) where the silk has come unstitched or is seperated. I have tried to show some of these in the photos.
