I have four World Block top cap forms. These are 26' wide by 6" high with a 12:2 pitch giving 8"high in the middle. Three are 72" long from the factory. The fourth is a custom made 74" long one which is minus the bottom V on one end. This gives a nice 2" overhang for the end of the wall. I have a partition made up that can be added to make it a 72" cap block like the factory ones. I also have the 45 degree top cap block out. These forms measure 2' wide by 2' high by 6' long. They interlock on the tops. Bottoms, and sides. These forms have a removable metal framwork that creates a chamfer effect on the front of the block. It is much nicer than just a square front. These forms have a 4" setback on the top V. Each course will set back 4" from the course under it. This creates a very stable wall with little need for tie backs. They have quick clamps that allow them to break apart very easily. Swivel Type Snap Tie Wedges Concrete Form Bracket Jahn Type "A" Masonry Cement
Up for bid is total lot of 21 bracket type snap tie wedges for holding concrete forms. Include is a total of 16 Jahn Type"A" brackets swivel type These are made to hold on a single horizontal 2x4 wale or a single vertical 2x4 stud. Also included is total of 5 slide wedge corner type brackets made to go in the corner of a 2x4 form If you have ever tried to use flat snap tie wedges for single 2x4's and corners. You know what a pain it is to try to hold a 2x4 block in place to support one end of the wedge while you tighten the wedge. Later the blocks sometime fall out from hammering on the form and the whole snap tie will fail. The flat type wedges are okay for doubled 2x4 with a space between for the snap tie to go through. These brackets will save you time and money because of the ease of installation. The brackets require no ... moremaintenance except to wash off the fresh concrete when you finish pouring. I used these brackets for years and they have some surface rust in places and some concrete smears but no concrete build up. The swivel wedges turn freely. Some have seen little use and others have some minor concrete residue on them but all work well.
