I am selling an American Range Majestic Gas Convection Commercial Oven. Model# M-1-GL This is bakery depth. You can fit a full sheet pan in both directions) I purchased this oven brand new in 2006. I have only baked cakes and pastry items in it- so that means NO GREASE! It is extremely clean inside and out. It has actually been in my home so it is not greasy on the outside from regular restaurant use. I used this oven for a part time business doing wedding cakes and have moved about 4 years ago. So it never really got much use since then. I am now opening a new company and don't have the gas hookups at my new location. So I need to purchase an electric oven. Nothing wrong with this oven, I just need electric. This also includes the stainless steel undershelf between the legs and the castors. I am happy to give any of the gas line hook ... moreups as well. The oven is located in Monroe. At Telegraph and Dunbar. I personally now live in Walled Lake. I will be happy to meet you to show the oven and of course on the day you decide to pickup. Please have at least 3 strapping lads to help move the oven! It is very heavy(my paperwork says 580 pounds) and must be detached from the legs and turned sideways in order to get through doorways. Wonderful commercial grade Wisco Model 608-1 Convection Oven. This item is in good working order- I tested it out on a batch of tater tots for the kids- perfect! It has an interior rack holder. Two removeable wire racks and then three baking sheets also included. It's good and clean(a little spill/stain in the bottom interior- it may come off but it didn't immediately wipe out on my light cleaning) Exterior is also clean- but it's a used item so it has some very minor normal use kind of markings on it. On the magnet door catch there is a little surface rust around the top screw(I will try and add a picture of it as I forgot to take one) Also there are some white marks along the dent on the front edge, but that actually came right up with some goof off, so it's no longer there.
