Inside has print on boning- COTTON- RAYON STYLE 3AV148 SIZE 36 I am not positive on the age of this but but I believe it was made before the 1920s. The corset is inside out in the last photo. CONDITION- Stains and discoloration. A couple small abrasion holes on front and one bigger rip at seam in front. Has not been cleaned or repaired. Vintage 1940s Peach Girdle w/ Boning Hook & Eye AS IS
Here we have a neat vintage womans girdle from the WWII era. It is a light peach color and has a row of hook& eyes down one side. It has lots of wear and the back garter fasteners have been removed. The elastic parts of the girdle are stiff and no longer stretch. This piece is probably not wearable but could be used for display. Please see my photos. These are post maternity panties that have boning on the back for support. And hook and eye closure in the front for support. The tags are no longer on the panties, but I think I wore a size 5 or 6 pants at the time. They pull on, then you get the support when you hook up the front of the panties. They really worked for me. I measured them laying flat with the hook closed at the largest.they are 11 1/2 inches across the top, and they are 14 inches from top to bottom. Ask questions before bidding.
