Manufactured by The Crown Chemical Co. in Indianapolis, Indiana. The size of the box is 3 3/4" wide by 6 3/8" tall and 1 5/8" thick, it is in great condition, but has over the years, since it is full probably soaked up some moisture at some point, and had gotten somewhat faded over the bottom part of the box, and has some discoloration on the top and bottom, it also has a slight stain on bottom at the front left which does show slightly at bottom left on front, side, and back at the bottom( see scans) but is still a great laundry room display item and the kind of thing you just don't find anymore. Found this nice Easy Washing Machine that runs well and was last used. According to the 85year old seller, about 10 years ago, by his wife. The serial number is 33256, as best I can see it. I was amazed when I plugged it up and turned the switch, it started turning. Sounds like a train going down the tracks, but it turns good. weight is about 25 lbs. Working Handyhot electric stainless steel portable tabletop washing machine
You are looking at a Handyhot portable washer. The good things about this one are it has the stainless steel top. It has the wringer. It is working when plugged in. There is no on/off switch. Being all stainless steel it will not rust. The bad it there is some sort of spotted drips of something on the top band and some on the stainless steel. I used a cloth with water to wipe them but it did not remove the marks. On the stainless top you could use almost anything to clean without any damage. The handles would be a different story. There are no dents and the top gasket to keep the water in the bottom container is whole. The catalog number on this one is XL-11. It is 15" tall and about 15" in diameter.

Medium thickness cardboard that measures 21" x 11" with politically incorrect image of black children holding a July 4th. 1913 calendar page. At right is an example of the box for Gold Dust Washing Powder. Very nice lettering against a bright orange background. There is scattered staining with some wear along the borders and corners and several tack holes. The illustrated images and text quite remain bright and clean. Would display nicely.
