This is a commercial Bakery pot/pan washer. Douglas UTC6 208 volt 3 ph. power is required. Washer holds sheet pans and up to 40 quart mixing bowls. As you can see this dishwasher is in great shape for a used machine! A local Colorado bakery ordered it new from Douglas Manufacturing. The delivery date was some time in 2002. For sale to the highest bidder with NO RESERVE is a HOBART HIGH TEMPERATURE UNDERCOUNTER DISHWASHER. MODEL LXIH. It was used in my cafe and replaced with a similar unit supplied by Ecolab. Was not functioning when removed due to defective display/button assembly according to Hobart technician. Was told a replacement part was on backorder and I just gave up on it in lieu of Ecolab. This item is avaliable for LOCAL PICKUP ONLY in Napa California I will NOT ship it! This is a good working used Jackson JP-24B commercial dishwasher. It was a working unit removed from a small winery tasting room here in the Napa Valley. And I purchased it a warehouse clean out liquidation. I know nothing else regarding its history. I hooked it up and it worked just as it should, but it was leaking water out of the vacuum breaker. I replaced the leaking vacuum breaker with a new one, and gave the dishwasher a general going over and cleaning up. I then ran it through a few cycles again. Again, it worked just as it should, and this time I did not find any leaks. The only thing that did not work was the rinse fill indicator light, and I am currently trying to source a new replacement light. The Jackson JP-24 series of dishwashers are a restaurant ... moreindustry standard that were made for many years. They are simple. Compact, reliable, and fast. They are especially popular with small cafes and coffee shops. The JP-24 uses standard 19 3/4" square dishwasher racks. Cycle time is only 2 minutes. Or 30 washes per hour.
