Antique Cast Iron Claw Ball Feet Bath Tub Foot Bathtub Vintage Set of 4 Must See
I have a complete set of four ball and claw style feet for free standing bath tubs. These are very heavy cast iron. Each foot weighs about 3 pounds! Here are a couple of measurements for you: Height: About 6.5 inches Width at claw and ball: About 3 inches Width opposite claw: About 5 inches Length of tub mount: About 3.75 inches Length of tub slot in mount: About 2 inches As you can see in pic number 5. One of the feet has two metal pieces taped to the back. These are the only two present. I am assuming that they have something to do with the mounting of the pieces to the tub. I am not certain but someone obviously taped them on there for a reason. I do not think that the finish is original. It appears that they have been primed. Mixed Lot of 4 Antique Cast Iron Bath Tub or Stove Feet
This listing is for a mixed lot of 4 vintage cast iron stove or bath tub feet. There are two feet that match. They measure 7" tall x 5" wide. They do show lots of rust and pitting. One foot measures 7 3/4" tall(9" to the top of the tab) x 4" wide. The other foot measures 8" tall x 4" wide and has a screw and nut through the tab. These two feet also show rust. But not as bad as the matching pair. All feet appear to be structurally sound. I don't see any chips or cracks. Please see all photos and email with any questions. A lot of my items are vintage. All that is pictured was used in the same bathroom and the tub. Sink and toilet are a matching set, but the other items such as the mirror and some of the chrome items may not be American Standard items. All four of these cast iron feet are good& solid no chips. Dings, nicks, gouges, splits or cracks showing several coats of paint measuring 6" wide x 7 1/2" tall x 6" thick including 2" x 3" flange/bracket on back to attache feet to cast iron tub all identical. There is a mark of some numbers& letters on backside of all of them but cannot make out due to the layers of paint. Top of feet are embossed with raised ornate design complete with clenched talon/claw around cast iron balls. Ready to be cleaned up to refurbish that old bath tub missing it's feet.

On the bottom of the tub it has the words: pat appld. faded letters: or USA. numbers ettched in that say 45 x 3. And 96737. and embedded numbers: 2371. There is also a little box that has initials W.B. Mfg Co. Two of the shakers have the engravings of a crown with the word Trademark and year 1883. Also name FB Rogers, Taunton, MASS. The third shaker says Trent on the bottom.

Antique Vintage American Standard Tub Controls With Spout 1960's
Here is a nice old tub control valve and spout. This was removed from a 1960's-era bathroom. This could be used as a shower control(without the spout) Or as a tub-only control. There is an adjustable sleeve that threads onto the valve body to adjust for wall thickness(see pics 6-7) This style of trim was found on American Standard fixtures in the 1960's. It appears that all trim pieces are chrome-plated zinc. All trim pieces are in very nice shape. With a few nicks and scratches here and there but nothing terrible. The worst is a scratch across the cold knob, but most of the other imperfections will be concealed when all of the pieces are installed. The spout has spots of worn/scuffed plating. And a few small dings on the front(see pics) Both of the valves/stems move freely. Though I would expect to rebuild/replace all of the washers ... moreand packing before use. The inlets are 1/2" copper sweat connections, and the spout nipples are still installed(see pics) The set will be broken down into components for shipment. Dimensions are: Hot/cold knobs are 8" apart on-center Escutcheons are 3" diameter where they meet the wall Hot/cold knobs are approx. 2 1/2" in diameter The spout is 5" long and is 2 1/2" in diameter where it meets the wall Thanks for looking. For Auction is a wonderful piece of pottery made by The Weller Pottery Company of Zanesville. Ohio. It is a Tub or Basket in the ever popular"Flemish" line. The Basket is 4 1/2" tall to the rim and is approximately 5 7/8" to the tip of the handles. The piece measures 8" wide at the outside rim of the bowl 8 7/16" to the outside of the handles. The Basket depicts a very natural looking woven basket adorned with a Garland of roses and leaves on each side. There are two twisted mock Rattan or Wicker handles. The background is an earthtone blended caramel and honey glaze with light accents of soft Moss Green. The Roses are a deep Mauve with lighter highlights on the high points. This would also make a lovely centerpiece for your fall or holiday decor and would easily second as a Fruit or Nut Bowl. The Basket is considered to be in Excellent Condition as there are no cracks. Chips, nicks or dings. There is one Clay separation by one of the handles that happened in manufacturing. I have taken photos to show however you can even see in the photos that there are Glaze traces in the separation.The piece is unsigned but guaranteed to be Vintage Weller. There is an"16" in freehand Black Ink which I believe was the finishers mark. The piece is made Circa 1918-1928. This is a very versatile piece that will work with almost any decor as the Flemish line was a very extensive line and closely resembles Woodcraft. Alvin, Muskota and Baldwin just to mention a few.
