This old heat regulator is not mark by maker that i see. It has a bakelite base. Brass clock with key and thermostat. The clock does work, and could be an 8 day, I only wound it a little and it ran for 4 days. It winds to the left. The clock lens is plastic and is yellowed and scratched, the clock face is stained or marked up from something, When the clock is removed there is a dial on the back for day and night time settings. The thermometer is all red, don't know if its any good. The clock did keep time, any other testing has not been done. The base is 6 3/4" x 3 1/4" No cracks or chips to the bakelite, no dents to the brass. It needs a good cleaning, fresh out of a local farm house storage, has storage dust.
