Spool Cabinet Desk Antique Thread Locker Sewing Cabinet 19th Century
This is a sturdy and nicely made antique spool cabinet or sewing locker. It has solid construction and is still very stable. There are a few age condition issues such as chipping in areas and perhaps areas where someone had tried to touch up or refinish some parts. There is some age cracking to the original finish and a few minor chips and scratches as well. All in all though it opens and closes smoothly and is a sturdy and beautiful antique piece of functional furniture. The approximate dimensions are 24 inches tall by 13 inches wide by 9 inches deep approximately. I could not find a manufacturers mark anywhere on this piece. Thanks for looking.
