It comes with 12" wide char grill, 24" wide griddle, 48" wide steam table above the grills, double basket deep fryer, condiment tray by serving window, 3 BAY sink with HAND wash sink and INSTANT HOT WATER on DEMAND with 12 volt water pump to deliver water when needed powered by a marine 12 volt deep cell battery. All the appliances have their own LP gas shut off and a main shut off to comply with Fire& Safety standards. The clear windows are LEXAN, the same material used in bullet proof windows, and most can be removed for the summer months if you want. Unfortunately I do not have much history on this cart. We purchased this unit back several months ago from a trader in the small town of Stamford Texas. It is wearing a food permit from the city of Los Angeles California ... moredated 1992. I am not sure if it was built as food vendor new, or perhaps was ticket maid cart and then converted. I can tell you there is NO rust on this unit and it is very clean. After purchasing it. We had it painted top to bottom and did a full detail. Additionally we installed new tires and replaced a few hoses. It does leak a little oil and occasionally will backfire. We have been running fuel conditioner through it and have seafoamed the carburetor a few times. It is running much better, but my knowledge of carburetor rebuilding on Cushman air cooled motors is pretty limited. Onboard this little cart is a handful of item to make make food vending on the go fun and easy. There is not a grill so cooking is limited to warming and keeping food warm. The back heating area is designed for steaming and the entire area will stay warm when the doors are closed. Located on the top left is water storage tank that appears to be about 20 gallons. The water simply gravity feeds and it does run through a heat exchanger located next to the propane burners for the steam table. At the very bottom of the cart is a waste water tank that will hold about 20 gallons as well. The

Dents fixed, laser head lights LOL etc but seriously for as old as it is a few trips to home depot and some TLC and it will truly be the biggest wildest cart that all other vendors will envy. It blew over in a wind storm because we had it on a hill it landed on the grass but that is why it needs some glass and dents pulled and the fake wheel repaired.
