I have a smoker built on a small trailer that was modeled after a Lang 36" It has a 2 ft X 2ft X 2ft heavy duty firebox and an extra heavy fire grate. The large firebox allows you to cook at 225 deg. for hours with minimal wood.It also has a warmer cabinet with adjustable baffle to turn smoke on or off in the warmer. The cooking chamber has a top pull out rack and all of the cooking area grates can be removed. The front shelf can be taken off and turned around to make it more accessible. Wood can be stored beneath the cooking chamber. I recently had it sand blasted and painted with Sherwin Williams hight temp paint. It is only a year old. The back boxes have reflective stripping on the rear. All lights are led- Tires are in good shape with the exception of one that has a small nick in it. Concession Trailer Food Truck Concessions BBQ
Up for sale is our concession trailer. We have used this trailer for three years at a many festivals. This trailer was renovated in 2012 and has a clear and clean 2012 title for license. The updates to the trailer include. All copper plumbing with shut off. 40 gallon fresh tank under equipment shelf with new automated pump or a direct hookup. Two new dedicated circuits were added one for interior and one for equipment. 5 gallon water heater and 4 sink basins installed in kitchen for health department regulations. The service table accommodates steam tables, popcorn machine, Crock pots, warmers ect. A new service window was added on the concession side and the seating area allowed for two or three people to work comfortably.
