This unit powers up, does not eat tapes, records properly, and plays back properly, but the picture is not perfectly clear- it has occasional specks and occasional wavy lines that last only a fraction of a second. These are not rejected junk from my testing process, just ones that aren't quite perfect. Includes only the VCR unit itself, no tapes or power cord(uses standard cord) Unit may some scratches, minor dents, and sticker residue, but nothing that would affect operation.
