NOS Aircraft surveillance camera dome, made for Honeywell by Harold Johnson Optical Laboratories, under contract for the USAF in 1989- I believe this is the'Seeker Dome' from the front tip of a Missile. This is made of laminated pyrex glass: 1/2 in. thick, flaring to 3/4 in. at the edge, and measures 9 1/2 in. across by 6 in. high.
