These cutters are used by contractors, rigging lofts, elevator repairmen and others and can even be used underwater. New price for this cutter ranges from $1150.00 to $1275.00. This cutter comes in original box with instructions and wrench. Condition- Hydrashear is in clean good working order filled with fluid and ready for use.
