HK Porter cutter for cutting EHS Guy Strand cable. Rod, bolts and other mild steel applications up to 7/16" see above further description and take a look at the pictures. If you are not liking my repairs, you can buy a new cutter head for it part no. 8613ck. Cost is about $189.00. Cost of a new one of these is around $400. For what you will probably pay here, you can probably live with my repairs or even repair it to your liking. You can see some of the things I have cut with this in the pictures.
